At HearEnhance Hearing Aids, we have helped thousands of people with their hearing and we want you to be fully satisfied with your hearing aid purchase. Should you need to return your aids, we are pleased to offer you a 45-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy. We make it easy for you in three simple steps.
If you are not completely happy with your hearing aids, please:
1.Contact Advanced Support at 电话号码or [email protected] within 45 days of receiving your hearing aids to begin the return process. Return requests made after 45 days of customer receiving hearing aids are not eligible for return.
2.Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you are eligible for a return, you will receive your RMA on your call with our Advanced Support team.
No refunds will be issued on hearing aids returned without an RMA.
Hearing aid accessories (i.e. tubes and domes) are not eligible for a refund.
3.Send the following items to HearEnhance Hearing Aids in the original shipping box. Items must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving the RMA.

RMA number
Return all items in original physical condition. Customer is responsible for postage. In the event of a return, please be sure to obtain a shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.
What to expect after your package is received by HearEnhance Hearing Aids:
Components of package inspected.
RMA verified and validated.
Refund processed.
Please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of your returned product at our warehouse for the refunded amount to show on your statement.
Please be sure to obtain an RMA in order to receive a refund of your order.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be received by HearEnhance within 30 calendar days of obtaining the RMA.

Limited Manufacturing Warranty1 year starting from the date of purchaseHearEnhance Hearing Aids warrants to the original purchaser that your HearEnhance Hearing Aids-branded device (the “Product“) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If such a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by HearEnhance Hearing Aids within the applicable Warranty Period, HearEnhance Hearing Aids will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either
(A) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or
(B) replace the Product with a New or refurbished product.
In the event of such a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Manufacturing Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the Products are sold by HearEnhance Hearing Aids itself or through its authorized reseller or agent and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.
