Each device is sent with a few sets of ear-domes of different types and sizes, over 95% of people can find a perfect fitting ear-dome.

Shipping
We ship all hearing aids within 1 business day and it takes from 2-7 business days to arrive at your home depending on how fast the postal service delivers. We offer both Standard and Express (2-3 business days) delivery options via USPS.
We are shipping orders from our logistic center, which is in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Returns
If at any time within the first 45 days of use you’re not satisfied with your HearEnhance hearing aids, contact 电话号码 to speak with a customer service agent to start your return process and obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA will not be refunded.
